ok well some progress pic of the manifold. still have a lot let to do like port match the manifold to the tgv housing witch i think i am just going to weld them together cause the gasket is smaller then the tgv hole so there would be a step and i dont want that. also have to mount a plate on it that i will be able to tap into for vacuum lines and stuff and have places to atach wires and hoses to to keep them tucked away and hidden. also need a cable stop for the tb cable ect.. so far they have been ported and polished to a smooth ass shine. and every thing internal has been smoothed and finished. so lots still to do but hear are some pics.

Can't think of a reason not to. Meet at Firestone first though. I gotta pick up my gears and a gameboy.
looks killer! having solid IC piping is awesome, you will never blow a hose or loose a clamp. this thing is gonna be awesome!

haha yes...well it was supposed to be but it is the only clean work surface in the shop right now. thanks for the props on the work.
Just spent the past 20 minutes at work looking through this thread. Extremely impressive! One question tho. How do you plan on preventing your front passanger tire from melting when the dump is open? Can you say 1000+ degrees directly on your tire?
Sorry I read most of it, was that allready covered? Because if you notice on pro series track cars that run turbos like that, put the dump out the side of the bumper, not under, for that very reason. For some reason rubber melts when it's hot, wierd! Not bashing on your car at all, just curious as to why it's out in front of the tire, going under.
Please go back and read young grass hopper. It’s hidden under the bumper but yet it sits at a angle that it will not melt the tire. A turbo will shoot that air out pretty fast so it will go right by the tire. And even if im going fast the air that will push it into the tire would cool it down and still would only hit the edge of the tire if any.
Ah i see. From the pics it looks like its less than a foot from the tires and air flow would go directly into them. Well I hope it works like you say it should. Wouldn't want you to be going 120mph and have a tire blow from falling apart. Some people over look the little things that could end up being big things down the road, that's why I asked. Good luck with the rest of the project, I'll have to stop by Firestone this summer to check it out.
no way!!!??! where did you get those Awesome Sandwich bags?? i've been looking for those. you must have ordered them from japan
