got a question! I just realized that my magnaflow catback is doughnut flange and my invidia downpipe is regular flat flange. How big of a deal it would be putting them together? Will I most likely have a leak? Should I bring it to a shop to have a regular flat flange welded onto magnaflow catback?

I had the same problem, I just put a bunch of RTV silicone in it and it worked fine so far.

I think you should have a new flange welded on, so no problems in the future.

That's kinda late to be asking someone to weld for you, isn't it?

another thing is that magnaflow tapers to 2.5" to meet up with stock dp? What are the chances that it will not even fit the new dp?

    Get a 3inch flange with a 3 to 2.5 reducer.

No, just use gorilla glue with some teflon tape, that'll hold up well..

    btw, weld it of course

I will try to put them together and see if it works with crUsh gasket and LOTS of RTV.
