As for leaving at 6 30...to damn early. Lets shoot for 9ish. That will put us in duluth at 11. That gives us plenty of daytime.

 

battle scar's parent's are the one's with the restaraunt, but he hasn't posted here much, I wasn't sure what was up.

also, what else do you guys want to do? if you're getting in town @ 11ish. Where do you want to meet? just at my place (would work well to avoid hanging in a parking lot somewhere if people end up late...), although essentially all I have is street parking.

 

well ideally everyone from the cities would leave from our starting location together and caravan up there together (this would be cool, impressive for others to see, and could make for some sweet pics, and video for the movie)

if that happens we should all arrive at duluth at the same time, need to coordinate with the ppl from the north to see when they are gonna show up.

should we meet up at a restruant for lunch around 11ish? that would give us a meting spot, if someone was late we would bether for a while (eating) and could give us a chance to plan out the rest of the day/weekend.

 

I could take care of that, unless you guys wanna meet at subway or something, just for lunch....

 

I MIGHT be up for the trip. Ill ride along with Jason if I go. I should know for sure by the end of the week.

I'm pretty sure I'm the only one coming from the northeast. I can be there anytime that weekend. So if you're all planning on being there are 11, I'll go for 10:45 just to be sure.

Well, I have a parking slab on the alley behind the house, we could probably get 5 cars there and not block the alley, minus mine and my mom's, so 3....then it's street parking, one side only, and the neighbors use it quite a bit. it's empty on weekdays, I'll look this saturday and see how feasable parking a ton of cars here is.

Justin, I will bring money to firestone or when we get together to put the MAS vids on the website. I think we should go to the bar for a while and then whoop it up some more at the hotel after(ps2, booze, xbox, more booze). Duluth has an awesome bar scene so even if only for a couple we should definitely hit it up.

those of you staying at my place, my TV sucks the big one...I have an input card on my computer, but the program likes to lock the comp every now and then...randomly. don't plan on having a big console LAN party etc. at my place unless you bring your own TV(s) (in which case, SCHWEEEEET!!!)



also, just a comment on parking, for those of you who don't know, all but the main drags in duluth are year round alternate parking, so you can only use one side at a time (which is ok...the road isn't wide enough to park on both sides and still drive...). and I do have neighbors, that park on the street. but I wasn't thinking about the hill by the house, 8th st goes down a hill just down the block, and there's only 2 houses in about a 1-1.5 block length, both have driveways. there'll be plenty of places to park within a block, maybe two, of my place. So we can meet there if you want.

 

is there a groccery store or a target or something with a big parking that we could meet at

 

wonder waht the nieghbors will tink seeing 20 subies lined up out there.

 

gaurantee it will be like 4 subies :roll:

 

if only 4 ppls show up it would be teh lose. and the remaining 10 or so ppl might have broken knee caps at the nixt firestone meet.

anyway sound like what everyone wants to do here is get plast3rd. maybe we should change the name to the duluth bo0z3 cruz3.

cruise to Two Harbors (The twin cities mustang club is doing that next weekend), hang out, maybe run up to Iron Range ORV park on Sunday (Austin???), go out to dinner, take some sweet pics of all our cars lined up.

yea, there are a ton of grocery stores, etc. most of them up on Miller Hill (the wrong direction from you guys over in superior). The best one (closest, most empty parking lot...) would be Home Depot.


and there are almost always 3-4 subies already parked within a block of my house.

 

I should be able to make it for the weekend, at least saturday night. My buddy that might be riding with would have to be back down in the cities by like 10 or so that sunday morning, but we are still planning on coming up for the day sat and that evening and leaving early sun morn. We will just be crashing at my other buddy's place up there so we don't need room at the hotel.

Its not only a booz cruz, that's saturday late nite...during the day its driving and pic fun time. When in Duluth do as the Duluthians do!
