    something like this....(roughly)
take off splash guard on passenger side fender well (in front of wheel well). Remove two 10mm (maybe) nuts holding the huge elbow in place. (silencer elbow is about 1 ft. wide by maybe 2 feet tall) they are located 1/2 way up in the fender well. inside the engine bay you will then remove the one 10mm nut located in front of the air box. Once those are out you will wiggle the elbow off the air box and then drop it out the fender well.

Put the fender well/splash guard back together and drive away listening to the turbo sound between shifts.

You don't want that gauge cluster...It is a pain to find any parts that you'll need and the gauges are a smaller size, (45mm) I think, standard size is like 52mm. There are a few vendors that sell aftermarket gauges in the 45mm size, but they are not as easy to obtain as the 52. Just an fyi! I would go straight to the Defi 52mm or another brand in the same size! There are many tasteful ways to do the larger gauges. You don't have to do the clock replacement one. Also, I don't know if they will fit the 06 dash...? Just my .02!;)

I really like the defi gauges. But they are too expensive and have features that i dont even need. I think the clock replacement pods look the best. So this one is not the way to go?

yeah but the boost gauge isn't in psi and i'm guessing that silicone is def needed i wouldn't buy it...but whatever floats your boat, i'd worry about this after the car gets running though

Sure, if you want 3 worthless gauges. If you are worried about price, just go with some autometers. The only one that is any good out of the 3 of them is the boost, and since it doesn't read in psi you next question will be how to convert it to psi.

Yep, no reason to get an aluminum radiator, just use the stocker. It works fine. What, can't David from WMC find you a radiator for your car? They have them at the dealership.

I'm curious about this as well...I thought you said he was going to put in an aluminum radiator? Or is this along the same lines as the wheels, where you have to supply your own?
