EJ22T/EJ25 Hybrid for my 98' LGT

    w00t!!

    uh oh....where does it leak from? what was the starter problem?

    It leaked a constant stream from under the timing belt cover just to the side of the oil pump. So I'm pretty sure it's the oil pump seal. Deride and I tore it all apart last night.

    The starter issue was what I told you I thought it was. We somehow pissed the factory security system off. Luckily Jason from "Options Auto Design" was on AIM and able to talk me through neutering the system. But importantly, it ran, no knocks, no bad noises, just VERY VERY rich...

    lol, well.....time to start pulling fuel then.

    It runs, and left my garage under it's own power for the 1st time ever tonight. There's some kinks to be ironed out, and LOTS of tuning to do, but it runs. As far as I can tell boost comes on at about 2500rpm's too...I'm happy.
