Email alerts working?

    Got a PM from Surly on Friday, but no email notification so I didn't see it till today. Found the setting and it was already checked, but un-checked/saved/re-checked/saved just to be sure. Double checked my email address too, all good...

    It's an issue with "old" pm's. Shouldn't have any issues with new "conversations". We've had a couple users experience this.
