I have 3 flat 4s but only one is subaru right now. I had a 3.0l porsche that was supposed to go in the fastback but it was going to run almost 10k to get it running...

Yeah, I've heard the same stuff, but I think it is true of most cities of a certain size. Even rural areas are not immune from drug trade and property crime. We have no ties to St Cloud, and it was the house that drew us there. It could have easily been Rochester, Mankato, or Hudson. My wife has been looking for a few years and finally found something I agreed to. We want to get away from stairs (this is on a slab) and nothing on the exterior that needs maintenance (wood). I need a city of a certain size to get the retail we want such as Target and Menards, decent touch-free car wash, etc. And I didn't want to deal with a well and septic system. Maybe it's a mistake, who knows?
I mean, Eden Prairie isn't that enjoyable anymore either, so might as well be in a house you like more. Good luck man, hope you have fun in STC! If I move again, its out of MN (Especially since there's Subaru site genocide going to happen), I'm getting older and understanding people that move South more and more.
