Awesome! If you are driving through pa you will have some fun. Though I guarantee the place looks better in summer and fall than in winter.

Did you check the trunk for a dead body before you left Joisey?

So my review(after 3 hrs of driving blu 2.0).

-The BRZ doesn’t feel underpowered to me. Probably because i’m old no doubt. But more so because it’s NA. I have been thoroughly enjoying banging gears at 6 or 7k! It’s definitely not 300hp fast like my WRX, but the power is there right away and just carries to redline.

-it’s going to take me a while to get used to not having a key to start the car. Lol

-the headlights with the 6 different positions is badass and i love it.

-these seats are by far my favorite Subaru seat yet. Very comfy and definitely hold you in place!

-I can’t stop looking at it! So shmexy i can barely take it. Hence why i have been wanting one for so long! I haven’t wanted a car this bad since the first time that I layed eyes on a bugeye.

    Cons:
    -pretty significant blindspots(because coupe).

That is all...carry on! I’ve got some more driving to do!!:D

Noice choice! I've done that drive in a BRZ and found it to be a very capable road trip car, super comfy and engaging.

    So, moar miles, moar review...

    Pros:
-this steering rack is amazing! I know that i’m comparing it to a 16 year old WRX rack, but my God it’s good!(fwiw, the WRX rack wasn’t this good when i bought it in 2003)

-the 6 spd transmission is flawless and perfectly matched for this car. The ONLY problem with it is that i forget to shift into 6th gear. Affects the fuel economy a bit! lmao.

    Con:
The drivers side AND passengers side window have the auto up and down feature. I’ve never liked when they have both as i feel half of the time i can’t get it to stop.

    Cliff notes:
If ever there was a car that could replace the RSVX and the WRXTi, this is it for sure!

Western Pennsylvania. 3 hrs of sleep, 2 1/2 hours at the airport, 4 1/2 hours on the plane, almost 4 hrs at the dealership(including the PPI), rainy night time driving...i’m beat! At least it’s 57 degrees and raining, instead of 20 degrees and snowing!

Going to have a couple of these Dogfish Head “60 minute” IPA’s and pass out. Then i’ll prolly wake up around 5am, hit the shower, then hit the road for the next (long) leg of my journey!

God has truly blessed me! Not only do i have a wife that i love with all that i am, but she said “yes” to the BRZ AND she planned/scheduled the whole trip for me! I knew that she was a keeper the day that i met her!!

    1. For posting a detailed, honest review...makes me feel like I'm not the only "meticulous" person around here!
    2. Finally realizing all of the glory of the BRZ!

These are very fun cars, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Love the new Subie! With all the blacked out trim and wheels on the series blue I think a set of Valenti tail lights would be on my wish list. 16377-M.jpg

Thanks Jordan...i knew that i could make you proud!:) while on the topic, moar review! @TMF

-Although the blind spots are pretty significant, the oversized side mirrors help quite a bit with mitigating it. Plus you get the bonus of seeing those hips sticking out every time that you check your mirrors! (Which is alot because blindspots!)

-the center cup holder is kind of annoying. You basically have to reach backwards to grab your favorite beverage. Although i do like that you can move it forwards and backwards as you’d like.

-i will more than likely tint my tail lights with either all red, or some form of black tint. Just not as dark as my bugeye. @pleiades Those do look nice tho!

-I had zero issues the entire drive, including crazy ass Chicago, in which i felt that I could easily merge and move quickly through traffic because of the NA motor. The car is always ready to go despite the lack of power @derp alicious! I think that someday, maybe e85. I can’t imagine that i would ever go crazier than that...with the exception of an EG33 swap if ever the motor went kaput.:D

Just pulled over for a stretch in the Dells as my right cheek is completely numb. Probably has something to do with the 13 hrs of driving. Nothing really to do with the car.

    Pic in the Dells...
    1D3CC487-DC1C-485F-8662-054665A772FA.jpeg
And look how fast i was going @curly2k3 ! Ermahgerd! Luckily i had no one in pursuit of me at the time!:frantic: Bwahahaha!

Now for the last push home. Although i’m enjoying the drive, i miss my girls!! This has INDEED been an epic voyage. Thanks for coming along via tha intrawebz!

I've made the drive from the Dells numerous times, you should be back in no time, only place they'll actively pull you over is right near the boarder.

    At least in my experience.

In my experience, Wisconsin is not the place to speed. Or have a modded car. Or have a loud exhaust on the interstate. Or eat cheese curds whilst driving. Or...or...or! I’ll be keeping my nose clean the rest of the ride home. Should probably rip off the window tint before i leave the dells so that I don’t get pulled over for it.
