I check the front page daily to see what the new threads are...I like it. Wouldn't mind if it was cleaned, spiced up a little. Just my $0.02.

Yeah yeah yeah, there is always much discussion about fixing it but like everything else, nobody rogers up to the task. So yes, we can discuss fixing it until our fingers fall off, but nobody really wishes to take the time to code it up. Instead of making "suggestions" in threads using words only, why not go find other forums, or other portals, that are simply plug and play and post links to those here. Yes TCS has a nice looking site, and that's just one option. To make it effective you're going to have to have more than one option. And I agree. That damned bugeye at the top has to go. What better way to broadcast to your co workers that you're looking at a car forum at work? And don't say you don't do it either, everyone does - if they didn't, this place would be dead from 7am-7pm
I look at the front page, sometimes. I like the car photos there. Also, you guys probably have it handled, but I'm a computer programmer if you need any technical assistance.

ANY member can add events to that section......yea, the wording is lame. but if you don't like that lack of information, fix it, and submit some events. as for the rest of it, I don't have the time, or knowhow......and I don't mind it as-is. so, IMHO, whatever
I'm not concerned about the lack of info, only the wording. So if a "mod" doesnt mind something, it must be ok to let it be? I dont mean to push buttons, but it makes us look like a bunch of retards to new folk.

One good thing about this site...is that there aren't ads everywhere. But then again, other sites probably make money from hosting ads on theirs.
Well, since it seems that alot of people have some extra time on their hands, here ya go. The events box and the discuss box are .png pictures. They need to be 152 pixels wide and 53 pixels tall. The header car is 237 pixels wide and 176 pixels tall. Also a .png file. The header logo is 285 pixels wide and 64 pixels high. Also a .png file. So when someone comes up with some good replacements, let me know. Or if someone wants to design and build a front page, let me know. I can get you some of the variables needs to pull some system information. I could also get someone a copy of the current front page so they could also get some of that info. Russ
