**Fall Dyno Day@RS Motors Oct, 24th**

Its official Ron has agreed to host a dyno day just for us. as the recent poll suggested we had lots of interests in this so now is the chance to get things going. Ron would like an estimate on the number of people interested so we can finalize costs. If we can get 20 cars it looks like it should be $50 bucks for three pulls, and the more cars the bigger the price break may be. Food and prizes are in the works too so please don't wait to the last second to decide if you are in or not.

Also, if any of the new MNSOC officers wanna join in on planning organizing,(prizes?) etc...lemme know.

^^^I don't have a problem with it as long as Ron or nobody else does. like I said earlier I would like the subarus to have priority if it came down to time restraints but that shouldn't be a problem.

 

Hopefully Ronnie wouldn't have to switch between 2wd and 4wd often tho. That's my (and I'm sure his) only concern.

I don't even think he has to adjust the wheelbase since the mustang dyno has a bunch of rollers. So, really I think its just typing in some info on the computer as far as I know.

 

To go back and forth between 4wd and 2wd requires coupling and uncoupling the rear rollers on his dyno. Its kind of a pain, takes about half an hour to switch, a few tools, and its heavy crap. :laugh:

 

to bad for me i don't think ill have a new clutch in by then but im still gonna come and hang out!

I'll definitely come to spectate. I'd love to see a couple of bullwinkle tuned stg2 cars pull. I'm tempted to get a baseline, but I'm not really all that concerned with numbers, so the $50 is better spent elsewhere.

 

^^^I understand about obsessing about numbers. Getting baseline at a discounted rate is nice to have though too It feels good seeing the difference after throwng some mods at the car and seeing the results.

Still waiting to hear from many people who voted that they would do this.

Would you guys let me dyno the All Trac? I've been looking to get a couple of cheap runs in so I can get the a baseline and see what kind of power I have on stock boost. If so... count me in!

 

we will try to have blackzpremacy's car done by then, see how it goes. i may bring my car down if i can finish break in time and get on my power tune etc. i have to get new tires on my trailor too. :-/
