Nobody with any really big turbos? If I'm reading the list right 03subyr and I are the only non-stock turbos, and we both just have 18gs. I was hoping to see a gt35r or something.

I see lots of stg2 wrx and sti's. Some didn't list mods, maybe some of those have some big turbos?
I would like to see some, I've only ever been to one other dyno day a few years ago.

 

This'll be my first dyno day. Looking forward to it!

 

i have a jdm twinscroll dont know if u count this as stock or not as it is stock on someones car

 

we can bring bee's car down if you want to see her car do some pulls. 40r sized turbo just on pump and stock clutch

 

Is Ron going to be there, anybody know?

 

any word on how many runs we are getting and what the cost is. I heard 3 runs 50 dolla that still standing?

I've sent Ron a PM. It will be set up with each car getting three pulls and count on it being about $50 still(maybe less). the number of cars that are gonna run is going to depend the shop workers ability to get cars in/out also on people showing up on time and having their car ready to go etc...If I hear anything I'll post it as soon I can.

 

Understandable. Since that's the case - I'd check out the SHOPS section and give RS a call tomorrow. That's the best way to get the best information IMHO.

 

Thank you. I'm doing my best to keep things up to date but I'm one of the lucky few that has a job keeping me busy. I really do appreciate the interest form everyone so far. both Ron and myself really want this to be a fun relaxed event for everyone to enjoy. spectators welcome too

 

I cannot stress this enough. Thank you for bringing this up.

There will be an order to this, and don't expect to show up to this needing to "just have to tweak this part" before your run. Be ready. When the car before yours is getting ready to get on the dyno, let yours idle a bit to warm up or take it for a quick drive or something; don't expect much warm-up-time on the rollers. If a car isn't ready in the time its supposed to be, it will be skipped to get as many people on as possible. We obviously have more than a few people interested in this.

 

I will most likely be there spectating sounds like a fun day to watch a group of subies making numbers. I could maybe be a filler or a sub if someone doesnt show up. Hoping to have my car done by then. Either way good job organizing badbennyb sounds like a good way to spend the day.

 

I'll let you take mine there and dyno it for me. It looks similar. :laugh:

well if i decied to take that day off and go (whitch i might how many days in adv do u need to know to let ron know) then i could drive down with u KAT the seasonal work im doing im gunna be staying in grand forks

hell ya forunna! ill bring the toy truck with a 22re bored 60 over, arp bolts, headers, and some other stuff. cant wait to see all the hard work my buddy andy did make some good #s.
