Fantasy Football 2012

FYI - Yahoo works with auction drafts now. We just swapped from ESPN to Yahoo for our draft this year. We are not doing auction wire drafts, we swapped over to waiver because otherwise you could only pick up people on Tuesday and Saturdays... so a few of us got burned on game day. Good news for auction!

Need a commissioner first to run the show. If someone doesn't step up in the next day or so, there won't be a mnsubaru league this year.

Sunday and next tuesday I have other drafts. I'm free every night this week.

 

I'm available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night.

I am currently in the hospital (laptop and wifi FTW).... no idea if this will be a 24 or 48+ hour visit. So my status is 100% in the air.... if this goes on and I am not around then I guess I am out and anyone can take my place. Don't do anything special on my behalf. Otherwise, I will do my best to check back on this thread and keep tabs on the plans.

looked into Old Chicago again they are doing the all you can eat pizza again for 7.99/person 5 person minimum. I figured we could either to the Harmar one or the uptown one since it would be closer to Goalie...thoughts? Also if you could guys could reply so we can have a better head count. I've never done a auction draft before so just to save time, we'll just do a standard live draft. Also comment if you want a keeper or not. I'll update the list as people reply.

In....keeper or no keeper is fine with me. Easier for me to get to old chicago @ harmar.

 

If you aren't doing an auction I guess I can setup an auto draft in case I can't make it... it sucks but I can try and make it work. Otherwise, if you have an odd number I am flexible since I won't know if I can make it to the draft... i have the next 2 weeks off, but no idea what my free time is going to look like.

 

well you have a pass so you don't have to be there to draft...but if you want just draft from home/hospital...we'll play it by ear. we should only have 10, I'm going off of who raised their hands first and as of right now blak04wrx and ylime are alternates....but that could change that's why I'm getting a head count.

Yeah, I won't be able to make it to a draft in person until Thursday, but I can make it work if it is an online draft.

I say just do the draft online. It's more fun to get together to do it, but it's looking like a logistical pain in the ass.

SO we can either do mon or tues, we can do Old Chicago in uptown...I believe is pretty close for everyone...around 7????​

 

Either will work for me. I'll be drafting remote.

 

tuesday is better for me after work, then maybe hit the meet after or slims as usual.

 

Tuesday works best for me I have a family BBQ Monday and I'm not sure what time I'll be done
