I don't want to start any commotion or piss anybody off, but has there been any thought to adding a Fargo specific section to the forum? I mean yea yea I know it's MNsubaru.com, but it seems like there's a large group of fargo subies on here nowadays. I get really excited about all the weekly meets and events you guys have, but I'm not able to drive 3 hr's back to the cities for a little meet (while I'd really like to). Personally, I think it'd be nice to have a small little section for fargo meets/events. The area specific meets are coordinated in threads. If you want to start a Fargo meet thread, feel free. But we aren't going to add a subforum for each town represented here. For instance, the Twin Cities Firestone meet was started by a forum user, and it is still in use even after all these years.
i dont live in fargo, but my entire extended family lives in the area so i'd probably be down to come up there for a meet every once in a while if you guys set some up
hey i need to get brian an abs sensor im coming from duluth and hoping to go next weekend or the one after that. should we get a subaru meet going in fargo? anyone want to caravan with me? i have another buddy in fargo and he said their is a good auto mod scene there.
ahhhh, now that feels good. Should we shoot for a lil scooby meet action on the 20th??? It'd be cool to see all the fargo scoobs together so I know who to wave to over the winter lol.

Usually us fargo-ers meet up at Tintmasters which is right off the highway and easy to find. They have a decent amount of parking space available, and have never minded people hangin out there. Heck, they have speakers playing music on the outside of their building for this purpose lol! My only negative thought is that it'll be pretty chilly, but we can always go cruise the fargo loop and warm up

cool. so i dont want to be driving all night so us duluth guys will need to leave fairly early. someone post up some times for cities to fargo. personally i dont know how long that would be. so you guys down in the cities will need to pick a spot for us dtowners to meet up with you, the cities to fargo time will help determine when we meet and leave. me thinks eating before we leave would be nice especially since we will already have been on the road for a few hours.
duluth guys we should meet for coffee someplace and leave @ 9 so we can make it for lunch then leave the cities and make it in time for din FOOOOD!!!!!

i have one request. if you guys meet up and cruise please dont be a bunch of jackholes. one night earlier this summer my wife was heading to work on a friday night and got caught up in a mob of cars cruising north on university and they were driving very recklessly and two cars almost hit her. i hate hearing about that kind of stuff.
i know exactly what you mean, and i dont know many subie owners that act like that, (not saying there arent any), so we won't be, at least to my knowledge.
I take just under 3 hours to get from Maple Grove to NDSU, but that is going straight through, no stops

I'm definitely down for this... we usually have a ton of ppl that come to cruise/meets every weekend in the summer, but everyone's been wimps lately and think it's too cold or something... i was thinking bout getting ppl together for some scoob cruises in the middle of winter, lol...
I was looking to get one so that i can put some lights on my car, and i managed to get the spring in last weekend and the noise went away completely :raise:
This idea is good. I get sick of doin the loop like 8 times in a row like before. That's why I never drove. If we did the loop once or so then hit up some place to eat I think that would be sweet. It'd be nice to get to know some other subyists instead of silly guys with mowhawks n stuff lol. I totally agree with you. As you obviously know, there is a whole other group of ppl that go cruise around fargo every now and then. I decided to post up on this board with hopes of finding a different group that will not reflect the same poor behavior of some others. Well, it gets boring to do the same thing over and over every week. It'll be cool to finally have a ton of subys together instead of silly hondas with bodykits. lol and I totally agree, a winter cruise is a definite must!
