I don't know that I've ever really payed much attention to windows but yours look really nice. Looks like its coming along nicely.
well it is pretty much what it is.. nothing really happening in that this year.. lift will go in once we get our occupancy cert... sheetrock next spring.. maybe earlier if $$$$$ allow

yes and yes.. that garage door opener is soooo small for a big door.. but it is amazingly quiet and smooth.. I am impressed... it has a clock and thermometer on the controller.. the remote has 3 buttons so I can open all 3 of the garage doors in the house.. my door has a built in lock that automatically locks and unlocks each time.. kinda sweet... View attachment 13363 View attachment 13364 View attachment 13365 View attachment 13366 originally they installed a setup that was a normal garage door and I went off at my builder.. told them they said they would deliver what I wanted.. this wasnt it.. they have F***** up all the time (lumber yard) and if they cant install one that runs with the roof line why'd they say they could.. (the installer wasnt sure if they had anything to run with the ceiling angle instead of hanging flat).. I told him I owuld have spent more money with a copany that could do it RIGHT in the first place... 3 days later they had this all installed.. I think it is above and beyond what I expected bit hard to have a car on a lift with the door open with a standard setup... my builder was like cant you have the door half open.. the look I gave him made him pick up his phone asap...
F'ing sick garage setup. wow. I also love that shower man. Kitchen looks pretty sweet. Are you going with Gas or crappy electric for your stove top?
actually electric.. just chatting with the wife.. she hates cleaning the gas ones... and she says she isnt a professional chef so electric will work... besides we have a microwave and a george foreman... what else is needed int he kitchen
That place is a REAL DUMP! Absolutely beautiful house, man! It's cool to see it coming along so quickly!
So far it is looking amazing! I like the stone/tile work and the wood floors. Are you planning on finishing the garage with insulation/sheet rock?
Gorgeous stuff. I love the built-ins around what looks to be the "media wall". Stone and millwork look great.
um.. I have done lots of it... and I lovfe the mudding and taping more then the hanging... I guess if I got a bunch of guys over it would work out.. my builder buddy said he would cut it if I hung it... my issue is the lowest part of the ceiling is 12 or 13 feet.... the highest about 16-17ft... and it is also a 30x40 room
ok some updated pics for those who give a poop View attachment 13881 View attachment 13882 View attachment 13883 View attachment 13884 View attachment 13885 View attachment 13886 View attachment 13887 View attachment 13888 View attachment 13889 View attachment 13890
hahaha nice! you going to create some kind of wicked automotive workstation? complete with hydrolics and such?!
did you see the earlier pics?? I have a 30x40 workshop and the lift will be installed within the next 3-4 weeks... looking at tire machines, lathes, brakes (metal benders) TiG welders, plasma cutter, powder coating systems and some other goodies.... all in good time.. but the sweetness I refer to is in the one corner I plan on building a deck/mezzanine floor and putting our huge couch and 65in or so flat screen up on it and having a man pad...
um.. marry a good one... the woman giveth more then you know she got some things in the house she dreamed of... like the counter tops.. so I can pretty much do anything right now.. ha ha h
