Pretty Standard FB Under The Hood, A Lot Of Exterior/Interior Changes. The Full Touch Screen Audio/Entertainment Interface Is Pretty Cool. Steppin It up
Those rear tails look even more like the previous gen Camry. So I'm assuming that the driving dynamics are pretty much the same due to the same engine (I'm not sure about the suspension), but is the infotainment system any better than subaru's usual archaic BS?
Well, the headlights are an improvement. Grille went a little nutty. The rest of it just continues the "combine 2-3 other close competitor models for visual cues" thing that has been in play for a decade now.
It's like 2" longer and 1" wider IIRC. Edit: Yup - 2015: 188.8x72.4 2010: 186.4x71.7 http://www.cars.com/subaru/legacy/2010/specifications http://www.cars.com/subaru/legacy/2015/specifications/
Would be interesting to see some 'shopped images with different aftermarket grill styles, could make a big difference. I wish Subaru would hire an actual chief designer(s), like Kia did with Peter Schreyer and Tom Kearns - they've made huge strides in the past handful of years.
Since the Legacy and Camry are built in the same building, I think it's time to accept fate. In May 2014 Toyota has announced that production of the Camry at Subaru of Indiana Automotive’s assembly plant in Lafayette, Indiana, will cease in fall of 2016
