Another look at the weather underground wondermap shows that, in 3 and a half hours time, the storm has gone from being a few miles from Mankato, to being almost entirely past Mankato. With sunny and 50ish temps in the south Dakota region where it came from. If that condition follows the front, then we should see the skies clear by this evening. The next weather pattern is all the way out in central Wyoming, and it doesn't appear to be a large storm. And I don't see how it could get here by morning, let alone last all night and till late afternoon tomorrow. I'm not sure where they see all this rain coming from.

On a side note though, tomorrow morning's 6am temps are forecasted to be in the low 40's. There is a satellite cloud mass over Nebraska, but it currently is only showing a visibility/density not a precipitation. That mass could form storms over the next 24 hours, but I'm not sure how they could predict that with 90% certainty as the forecast suggests.

I would rather amputate my own feet with rusty baling wire and cauterize the stumps with an electric range top, and be confined to a wheelchair the rest of my life than wear those things. Seriously. If the world went apocalyptic, and shoes and supplies were limited, and I had worn the soles off my current shoes and all I could find was a mall kiosk for Crocs, I would probably just suffer frostbite and assorted abrasions till I could find a real shoe that didn't make me look like some sort of futuristic clown.

    Cliff's Notes: No. **** No.

Hell, I could have stopped by Target and picked up 5 or 6 baby sitters. It's called the children's movie aisle, and it is right next to the Televisions. Just across from our video aisle is the automotive section, where they sell light duty ratchet straps as well. 50 dollars in DVDs and ratchet straps is alot cheaper than 6 hours of child care, and you can re-use it. You don't have to re-hire it later when you want to do things, AND you don't have to worry about whether they're available. Plus, ratchet straps can't invite their boyfriend over while you're gone, and then blow him on your couch.

Not even close to a proper readymixx rant. You dont strap children down, well maybe you do, but not me.

Don't you care about his safety? I mean, you don't want him running around the house getting into trouble when the DVDs become boring do you?

Also, strapping down isn't the preferred nomenclature. The proper term is "restrained."

I knew that my comment would result in a creative/descriptive writing exercise. :)

I was surprised at the turnout there today. There was alot of stance tards. I am ashamed of a good number of my G/Z brethren as well.

It was definitely nice to meet a few of the members today. Sorry, totally forgot about introductions. At least I got to see faces that I will recognize next time.

Agreed. I talked to him and he said he was getting some new stance coilovers just so he could go lower.
