Hello all! My name is Shannon. I currently live in Park Rapids, MN, but in a few weeks I will be relocating to Duluth! Up until about a month ago, I drove a Honda Civic, which was my first car that I had gotten from a family member to start out with. It was an okay car. Boring to drive, but extremely fuel efficient. With my trips to Duluth during the winter though, I knew that car wasn't going to cut it for me living there. I had been oogling over Subarus for a few years, and had been planning on buying one eventually. I found a 2002 Impreza 2.5RS for sale for cheap in my town and jumped on it. Called the guy, and the next day I had traded the Civic for it. The car was in pretty rough shape when I got it, but I've been putting some time and money into it to make it up to my standards! What the car looked like when I got it. The previous owner had some weird taste. Blue aluminum hood from a WRX that had a few dents, along with a poorly painted hood scoop. Huge gaping dent in the driver's side fender. Also, ugly front lip :S A different angle of the front end. There is a dent in the passenger's side door. The previous owner decided they wanted to make the car look like an STi; bought a trunk lid from an STi and was planning on putting a wing on it. There is duct tape covering the holes at the moment. I bought the trunk lid from an 03 WRX from another member here, which I'll be putting on this summer! Horrendous sticker bombing. This stuff was also on the middle part of the rims. Now for some good stuff! Got a new fender painted and put on, hood painted and hood scoop touched up! They also shined my headlights up, which made a huge difference in night driving. Previous owner gave me the parking lights that he had bought to put on after the fender was replaced. They're clear, so I have ember bulbs. Still the dent in the passenger's side door. I will replace the front bumper eventually since that's pretty dinged up as well. A little dirty, but I cleaned up most of the stickers. A little better!

Welcome to the forum Shannon! I may have a passenger door, that's WRB, if you decide to replace that one and can't find a PSM one.
I may take you up on that! I've been looking for a passenger door for a while now! How much would you be looking to get out of it?
Yes! I had a friend with me and it just missed her door thankfully. Everyone was okay aside from being pretty sort for a few days. The SUV that hit me hardly even had any damage. Go figure.
such a shame too... the car was really coming around a looking real good too. oh well at least you have another beautiful silver one. So happy I went with silver on my wrx. Second choice would have been white
