Nutshell, back windows can be whatever you want them at. Front, 50% VLT. Think it used to be around 35%. Unless you want to be a douche and try and get a prescription you don't need, then you can go darker.

I can't quite seem to get a solid answer through Google. Does anyone know if 2007 STI sways would fit? In theory they should.

I wasn't able to get them to work on my SO's 99. Not sure how much they changed for your year but you might need to source a 20mm WRX rear (from an 02) and a non-turbo front.

In fact, if you want a pair of STI sways for sizing up on your car, I'll let you use the pair I have laying around.

@blackozone I think my end goal is a little smaller. 20 front / 18 rear. I don't know what it'll take to find that but I'm still digging on the endless sources of information that are Nasioc and Subaru Forester.org.

I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to borrow those sways for test fitting. I will certainly let you know if a weekend rolls around when I can undergo a little project.

...And just remember for the tinting, to take into the OEM tint on the windows when you're applying more tint.

I have been told that I'm wasting my time but I'm just planning 50% all around. It'll give it depth, uv protection and no extra attention from Johnny Law.

I've only ever been hassled by state troopers with my 35% on a white sedan. But they've hassled me many times! Lol

I literally have the WORST luck. Example: Spent 3 days in jail for riding 80 in a 55. I looked like a guy who had run from the cops earlier. I was on my way home from work.

Pretty much! -1 +2 limited the bike to ~145. Gave me all that get up in the corners though :byebye:

I am new to the forum as well. Judging by your avatar you race cross. I also race cross. Will you be at Aquila tonight?

My current top speed is 48.7 on my cross bike at the Dickie Scramble this spring. And 49 something on the road bike down in AZ a few years back on a canyon road.

I sadly will not be able to race Aquila at all this year due to work scheduling. Still aiming for a few of the big ones.

That's too bad. It was a fun course tonight. Pretty sure a guy broke his ankle tonight though. Not good.

Hope to catch you at a race sometime. I race for revolution cycle and ski. I ride a bright orange salsa warbird that has no markings on it with bright green cable housings. I usually am in the cat 3 races.

Broke an ankle? These Wednesday night races are getting serious!

With a bike description like that, you should be plenty easy to spot. Won't ever remember a name but will always remember a bike!
