I bought this car less than a year ago (Oct '14) after searching for several months for a 5 speed in Aspen White when I decided to take a break from racing motorcycles. I found a guy out in Pennsylvania selling one and flew out and drove it home. Fast forward to this spring and I decided I couldn't stop the bike thing so I started racing again. I now need something that can tow more comfortably and tow more weight.

I bought it with 138k on it and it now has 146,8xxx but will slowly go up as this is my daily driver.

    -Clean title
-No sunroof, power locks/windows, auto climate
-JDM hood scoop (not sure if it's authentic)
-I have the roof bars, just don't have them on in the pics.
-Winter package with heated cloth seats, mirrors, and windshield wiper area. See below for heated seat issue.

The following were done by the previous owner:
    Maintenance:
-Timing belt and components done at 110k
-Exedy Stage 1 clutch at 110k
-New Delphi front and rear o2
-60k mile TD04 (with all new gaskets and new oil return hose)
    -Removed turbo oil screen
    -New Front axles

    Interior:
-Kenwood DDX616 touchscreen with ipod interface and bluetooth calling (no streaming audio)
-Infinity reference speakers in all 4 corners with tweeter kit
-Infinity upgraded sub in stock location

    Suspension:
    -KYB GR2 Struts
-Swift Forester specific springs installed at 130k
    -Group N strut mounts
-New Ball joints installed at 110k

    Performance :
    -Extended exhaust hangers
-Cobb Accessport V1 (currently stage 2 91 octane)
    -K&N drop in filter
    -STI catless Up pipe

Since then, I've done a few maintenance and "performance items". In parenthesis is what mileage I did them at (I kept a spreadsheet).
-Front and rear Centric Premium rotors with Akebono ProACT pads (139k)
-Replaced rear diff/trans fluid with Subaru High Performance gear oil (139k)
    -Oem iridium plugs (139k)
-Car came with an SRS turbo back but I replaced it with an Invidia bellmouth 3" DP, GS 3"->2.5" adapter, and OEM STI midpipe and axle back. Used OEM donut gasket and GS 3" gasket. (140k)
-Installed Rally Armor UR flaps (140k)
-Installed Kartboy front and rear endlinks, Whiteline rear 22mm sway (middle setting), Whiteline LL brackets (140k)
-Installed OEM subaru hitch. I have two adapters with 1 7/8" ball and 2" ball (140k)
    -Interstate MT-35 battery (140k)
    -Replaced alternator tensioner bolt/nut (141k)
-Replaced upper and lower radiator hose and flushed with Peak coolant (142k)
-Installed 09+ oem WRX wheels with OEM dunlop tires. Rear has 3mm spacers. I have 2 for the front to match offset, just haven't installed them. (144k)
-Alignment by Jeff The Alignment Guy (144k)
-Replaced AC tensioner bracket/pulley/bolt/belts with OEM parts (146k)
    -Detailed by idget on 7/25/15

    Bad:
-A few small tears in the seat bolsters
-Rock chips and paint chips around the car. I'd say typical of a 12 year old car but that is too cliche. But I will say that this is NOT a show car.
-Heated switches work but the seats no longer heat. Driver never worked and passenger stopped working a few months ago. I tested the switches and they work but I'm assuming a wire has busted in the heating element. The bulb in the passenger switch is burnt out.

There is probably more I am forgetting. It's been a great car but I need something that tows better. There is a lien on the car through my credit union so we can meet at my CU and get the lien release.

    Any questions, please ask!

$8700 OBO! Please note that I have OBO posted, feel free to make a reasonable offer.

I'll vouche for the condition. Paint is in great shape save for some normal chips in the front end and behind the front wheels. Few dings and scrapes here and there but nothing out of line for a car this age.

No signs of rust and no obvious signs of previous body repair.

Interior is also in above average shape for a car of this age/mileage.

Mechanically, everything sounded and felt sound.

Glws. They new owner will be very pleased with this car.
