You all probably know about these cars so I don't need to tell you how awesome it is to drive a hatchback with power, AWD, and rally lineage in Minnesota. This car is my baby, but it doesn't quite fit my lifestyle anymore and I'm thinking about getting into something newer. It's my daily driver to the mileage will increase until I sell it.

    THE BASICS
2006 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon AWD 2.5L Turbo
    VIN # JF1GG79666G802259
145,700 miles (will increase until car is sold)
    5-speed manual transmission
    World Rally Blue

PRICE: $9500 OBO ($10k with winter wheels & tires)

    THE GOOD
    - Good Stage 2 power (Custom JM Auto tune loaded onto Cobb AP V3)
    - No leaks
    - Detailed service records available for my period of ownership (April 2016 - present)
    - Clean, unmolested interior (No pics yet, but I can take some and post if there is interest)
    - Aftermarket Bluetooth stereo head unit
    - Oil changes with Valvoline full synthetic and OEM Subaru filters
    - Tabs are good until February
    - Brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires as of Spring 2017 (mounted on stock wheels)
    - Extra set of wheels available with winter tires (General Altimax Arctic snows mounted on Legacy GT wheels, used for 2-3 seasons) for $500

    RECENT MAINTENANCE
144k - Kartboy polyurethane shifter bushings front & rear, installed with newer used transmission
144k - Original transmission replaced with used (67k miles on transmission)
143k - Pro custom Stage 2+ tune at JM Auto (91 octane, P2443 CEL delete)
143k - Oil & filter change (full synthetic)
143k - Valve cover gaskets (both), tube seals, and spark plugs replaced, intercooler coupler replaced
142k - Cabin air filter replaced
139k - Differential fluid flushed (front & rear)
137k - Passenger airbag inflator replaced per Takata recall
    134k - Alternator replaced
...and YES, the headgaskets have been replaced (previous owner)

    MODS
    - Perrin 3" turbo-back exhaust
    - K&N drop-in filter
    - GrimmSpeed electronic boost control solenoid
    - Stage 2+ custom tune (210.5 whp / 255 wtq = 300-ish hp / 330-ish lb-ft @ the crank, depending on who you ask)
    - Kartboy billet endlinks front & rear
    - 20mm Subaru rear sway/anti-roll bar
    - Ceramic brake pads front & rear
    - Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires in OEM size on stock wheels

    THE BAD
    - Small dents, scratches, and rock chips like any 11-year-old daily driver, including some light hail damage to hood
    - Beginnings of typical Subaru rust at rear wheel wells
    - Engine code P2443 is currently switched off because the Secondary Air Injection System/Pump Valve is stuck CLOSED (this is the "good" version of this issue, because it does not require replacing or removing the pump)
    - Small occasional clunk from front suspension (started ~1 week ago)
    - Front brake rotors are slightly warped
    - I am the 7th owner (Yes, you read that right. I think the first 5 owners were all in the same family or something. Check the CarFax)

Mods, please remove the weird image attached to the previous post. My copy-paste function apparently wasn't working quite right. Thank you!

Lock this up, please. I'm going to keep this car for a little while longer. Thanks!
