FS: 2011 WRX Premium SWP 5 Door - 25.5k obo

The basics: I ordered this car in April of 2011 and took delivery of it in June of 2011. All service has been done at Morries Subaru in Minnetonka, with oil changes at 1k miles and then every 3k after using Subaru filters and Shell Rotella oil. I did have the 15k mile service done so the cabin air filter has been changed and the brakes serviced. It's been garage kept every night and washed multiple times per week. Those of you who know me know how particular I am about my cars and taking care of them.

Stock Dunlop tires replaced with Michelin Pilot Super Sports less than 2k miles ago at Morries Minnetonka (Due to tire damage, I picked up a bolt on 494 coming home from work and had to replace all 4)
General Altimax Arctics on 2001 RS rims (painted bronze, could use a respray if you want to go with a different color) with less than 10k miles on them. Rims have Subaru TPMS sensors installed, when you switch the rims the dealership can scan the new TPMS code in so you don't have to deal with the light in the dash.

Enough clear bra to sink a battleship: Entire front end (Complete front bumper, headlights, front of hood, front of fenders), rocker panels, lower 1/3 of the doors, A Pillars, leading edge of the roof, all 4 door pockets, each rear view mirror cap, behind the rear wheels, strips lining the exposed edges of the wheel wells all done by Chris at Flawless Front Ends
Stage 1 tune done by Nuke at 10k miles
The windshield was replaced in April by Brand New Auto Glass with a Subaru windshield thanks to a rock on 494. Because of the heating elements I made sure they used OEM glass.

Why am I selling it? With all the commuting I do I'd like to get into something a bit quieter inside and a bit cushier. I've actually got my sights set on a Taurus SHO at the moment. Quiet, quick and an automatic are all looking very attractive, and the massaging heated and cooled seats make a persuasive argument. Pricewise, I've seen a number of these on Autotrader in this price range but without the extras so I'm willing to entertain offers but lowballers will be invited to the next MNSubaru Shoot to hold targets.

Also, don't knock them until you try them. That EcoBoost V6 is a torque monster.

Curry, if I can I'll sell it with the winters that are on there now since I can vouch for those. We'll see how it goes, I'll keep you posted.

 

Almost forgot, I have a NIB GrimmSpeed Master Cylinder Brace that will come with the car.

 

I know that you're not going anywhere! And I also know about the Taurus SHO(superHO)lol...i've had a thing for them since the mid nineties! They are pretty sweet cars. But Shorten and Subaru are like peanut butter and jelly, they just belong together. Jus sayin.

 

At least he isn't going to be driving a Pontiac

I choked and almost died laughing when I read this. Actually, I'm ok with it as I'd been considering going the CarSoup route as well. I'm going to hold off on putting an ad up until the car arrives so I'll have something to drive while I wait to sell the WRX. If it gets sold on here beforehand, no big deal. Karen and I can figure something out while the car is in transit.

I have a great CL story. One of my Coworkers is selling his Wife's car and had a lady call him and let him know that she was interested in the car. After chatting for a while she asked him if he would accept oral sex as partial payment for the car! WTF!

 

Damn, everybody's looking for a deal. I mean really, is $5 off the car going to make a difference?

 

I'd toss her a $10 discount, assuming no teeth.

Have you considered making Shorten this sort of offer Sheen? You could have your own Subaru again, at a nice discounted price.

 

Sheen's performance wouldn't get 10 dollars, and I'm speaking from experience. He hates the feeling of balls on his face.
