Newbie is also a label I put on myself so it isn't a disparaging remark. ^ I agree with you. Every year the car to have and the tire to have changes. To me, it's all about having fun in the car all the time.

 

-or skip autox's and go to track days instead! -much more seat time. no classes or rules associated with mods. Much more fun. I suppose I shouldn't weigh my opinion too much because I've never autoxd. But my friends who have done both definately prefer track days.
