Well guys I had something pretty huge come up last weekend. I have flooding all over in my house due to a toilet running. I came home sunday afternoon to water dripping through my kitchen ceiling and all my smoke alarms going off. So all that aside as much as I'd like to upgrade turbos this year I'm thinking with all this bs going on its not gonna happen. Anyone still interested talk to me in a year unless some kind of miracle comes up in the next couple weeks as I should keep all my cash available. place to live > faster car :emo:

My homeowners and the blanket policy from the association will cover pretty much everything but I may have odds and ends and deductibles to pay for.

Good to hear pete. Hopefully your out of pocket cost is minimum. Especially when you already have to deal with the headaches of the mess and cleaning up your stuff!

If you need a cheap sheetrock guy...lmk.;)

Thanks dude I definitely have some sheetrock work needing to be done. My kitchen and bathroom ceiling and the walls all had water in them and some flooring and carpeting both up and downstairs will need to be replaced. Once I get through the negotiation and cleanup phase I'll let you know. Servicemaster said 3-5 days before everything is dry. I'm so glad I'm going out of town for fishing opener I'm so sick of dealing with this shiz.

Well at this point servicemaster is already setup and drying everything out. It is also my understanding they do the spray for mold and whatnot so I think that is all taken care of. For the construction work I would have to let you guys know once this mess is all cleaned up.

Pete's car is disassembled about 97% of the time, so there's probably not too many miles.

I am curious. If the price was right, I might bite. It has been awhile since I have accumulated any parts.
