Does RS do maintenance stuff like timing belts and related things? Just trying to figure out if I should take is to a shop to get done or take it on myself, maybe with some help if needed. Thoughts or suggestions?

PM Nuke or Fuji and ask them, Nuke can also hook you up with a custom tune so you can get rid of the Cobb AP!

Second ScubaSteve for anything external to the engine. He did my struts and the alignment came out perfect (Stocks).

Flatline Performance is a bargain. Ryan does great work, and is a vendor for many aftermarket Subaru manufactures which makes it nice, Add Flatline on facebook, or maybe he can chime in here.

Keep in mind, Morries Minnetonka offers a 20% parts and 10% labor discount. And, they're not total jack-holes like most dealerships.
