Yes, it is a community-oriented site brought about by one guy's teenage love for Quake (the original) in 1995 or 1996. I've read it since then. The discussion there is the only reason I'm there. If you hit "Chat Thread" at the top, you'll see the day's chat thread, where there are hundreds of people chatting up any given topic at any hour of the day. Mostly gaming-centric, but lots and lots of other stuff as well. The interface is totally home-grown and difficult to figure out at first, but UBB or other standard bulletin board/forum software seems outdated and gross to look at after using theirs (called "laryn.x") for awhile.

If you guys did not watch the TV at Nikos house you are missing out on it. Just the CNT channel worth 70 bucks the game cost. I loved it. Right wing, butt hurt conservative alert though, if you are one you might not like the "Story of Liberty City", lol.

If you think that GTA is all about killing people you are just very short minded. Its a very sophisticated game.
Your problem, taras, is that you don't understand when people are just messing with you :roll: And really, what the hell do you know? I am a BIG fan of the gta games. A BIG FAN. I know how the games are, and if you had read any of my previous posts, you'd know that they have a soft spot in my heart. I also like first person shooters.
Never said anything about all we want to do is kill people with guns, just making the point that its way too easy to buy a gun. And yes, in video games i love killing people. But in GTA you don't have to shoot em, you could bludgeon em, stab, slice, run over, drown, etc, etc.
I found the Legacy GT again. They brought the "Sultan" back for this round with a little more of the new LGT look than the old turbo Leggy body. I think I also saw something that was supposed to be an Evo but I couldn't jack it as I was taking my LGT back to the barn. The game is growing on me a little bit. The street racing was ridiculously easy with the 911 clone. I would have used my fake LGT on the last one except that it has a nasty habit of not shifting and just bouncing off the rev limiter. When do I get to start doing the assassination missions?
