Yesterday on 55W ramp to get on 494W there were 2 MNHP cars sitting there, officers out of the car, pulling over tinted cars on the onramp. I had a buddy get nailed there about a month ago.

I used to spray ammonia on the tint, use a piece of old scrap to cover the area sprayed, left it in the sun for an hour or two, and then it would come off real nice... Ammonia actually breaks down the adhesive on the tint. That is also why you should be careful what window cleaner you use. If it has Ammonia (Windex used to have ammonia, don't know if it still does), the tint will eventually start to peel and bubble.

To take the tint of my MR2 i used some airplane paint stripper... Just don't get it on your interior or use paper towels as it eats through everything!

Only had to razor blade a 4 inch part close to the interior trim.
