i really dont like this car. the braking blows monkey nuts. it understeers hardcore while braking. top lap is now 1'24.317.
1'24.877 on my first lap just getting a feel for it. If you don't like the car Martin you should make the fastest lap so you get to chose :biggrin:
Even though he made the fastest lap on the last track it was posted after the deadline, times are final on Friday of every week at midnight.
^ you chose the car. I already know it sucks, I have been complaining about it for the last 4 posts or so. this car has the turning radius of an 18 wheeler. you are better off throwing an anchor out the window than using the brakes. you would figure that a porchse or a RUF tuned porcshe would be a decent car. but i bet a stock spec c or a V5 sti would be comparable in the game.
yeah getting bored with that crappy car. took out a V6 Type R STi and threw down a 1'27 first lap, Spec C did a 1'25 first lap. Cusco JGTC car did a 1'12.799. The RUF sucks.
Is anyone down for meeting up tomorrow afternoon/night and just rocking the GT4? I work until 3 at the MOA and don't work until the next day at 2:45. If you're less than a half hour from the MOA that'd be best, I live near Cottage Grove so anything in that direction would rock :biggrin:
You should come over after class. But bring your ps2, we'll put it on the big screen and rock GT4 and RBR.

Yeah, I read RUF and I automatically told myself I was skipping this week. Hate those cars... As for the Peugot... 1'40.160 of slideways fun. I'll run 1 lap in the RUF for giggles, but that's it. The Peugot is much, much more fun to drive. EDIT: 1 lap in the RUF - 1'35.209 - Sideways in every corner, swapped ends twice, and spent entirely more time in the grass than a lawnmower does. Now with spinning action! Back to the Peugot.
Well my hat is off to you Martin, the Ruf turned out to be t3h suk! You are the winner for this week so the board is yours choose wisely. Thank you to the others for your lap times.
Just takes time and some skill. the Version VI Type R is a really good setup to play with. you can throw it around enough to get the rear end out yet still have enough control to grip your way through the corners also. There are many possibilities so you just have to try them and see what puts down the fastest times.
o snap. w0w jeff. you shaved over 1 full second off OCBs time. I will have to try and get some play time in before the midnight deadline and see if i can get a decent time again. I wonder what will be next....
