NO RING!!!??? y not!? I love the ring, and not all good drivers can do it well, you need to be that next step up from just being able to drive well. We need to start a "ring time battle" as a secondary race 4 when people are done with the weekly chalenge. any car, just 4 fun.
man, i must be missing something my best is 1'29.467 with RSS and i'm taking that little short-sut at the end. there's no way i could shave off 4-5 seconds, is there?
you just have to brake really late and really push the car and i got my time with out riding any wall or short cuts the car will feel like its understeering but if you just keep on the gas it will pull through this is a close one ill have to play alittle more tonite
I just did a 1:27.8. I got depressed so I had to go back and redo the super license. anyway I got all gold in all the tests and was wondering if anyone else can do that. I also redid the trial mtn thing only this time I cheated and got a 1:25.4. Just thought I would through that out for all you non cheaters. And if Im wrong......then it would be easy for people to do this
I was talking to Kelly last night about GT5 and he told me to bring this back, so I started with this. Special Stage 5 99 Subaru Impreza WRC Time = 126.285 I'll post pics if this picks up again.
well the only draw back is that i gotta hit the road again tomorrow morning after i get a few things done...so i dont know for sure if i will have time to boot up the old PS2 even... we shall see tho

In arcade mode on Special Stage 5 in a 99 Impreza rally car with no power or weight mods??? Doubt it!!!!
yeah the rules for this contest, are that the car has to be in stock form, no mods. in arcade mode. and the new challenge must be with cars/tracks that everyone has not ones that are unlocked.
Alright it has been brought to my attention that Alex cannot find Special Stage Route 5 so I will let him pick the track and car for this week. Friday just as the first post states will be the end of the week. Good luck! Ohh and Alex you have no chance :biggrin:
You HAVE to play in arcade mode. If you don't have the car/track unlocked, you need to play more...and you probably don't have a chance of beating the said time.
BTW, Chet... If GT4 would play in my PS3, you'd be going down! O-Well, guess I have to get out the PS2...
"We pick a certain car and track from the arcade mode (no garage cars) and leave them totally stock except for taking off stability/traction control. The tires will be up to you. The car and track will be played until Friday night at 7 pm . At this time, the winner of that week will pick a new car and track. (this is so if there is a winner that frequents firestone, you guys can discuss the new stuff there). You must post a picture like mine showing the hp, weight and the car on that track. This will make sure no one cheats and lowers the weight and ups the hp. Is this cool with everyone?"
