Heres the problem when I do a 4th or 5th gear pull the car starts to bog and spudder at about 4500 rpms.

I just got the car back from being tuned two weeks ago. Some of the mods include. EJ22T block, wrx heads, vishnu fuel rails, 805cc injectors, 255 walbro fuel pump, Link EMS.

What i have done so far... new spark plugs, checked for boost leak, put iso heat in the tank and ran two tanks of fuel through the car. I will be getting a new fuel filter and testing that out Friday. Thanks in advance for the advice.

clean your maf sensor first, and see how that goes

there could be some bad gas in the tank but i did run fill it twice now so you would think if there was bad gas it would be gone by now.

Check the cylinder compression...seriously. My car did the EXACT same damn thing, found out Cyl #3 was down 50 psi. :(

It's worth it to check. And if it's bogging, it's probably pulling a LOT of timing. So, my advice is to stop hitting that high of RPM until you check the compression. You could make it a lot worse by pushing it. I don't mean to scare ya', but this is just my experience, unfortunately.

Not that I want you to go try this, but at WOT, will the car get past 4500? Or does it just hit a brick wall? You could also be over-boosting and hitting fuel cut...but I would check the compression. If you can change the plugs, you can check compression. :) Good Luck!

I am going to check the compression tomo. And yes the car will go past 4500 sometimes. I am just hoping that i just had some bad fuel...

Is it still holding boost or not? is the boost dropping hard? How new is your turbo? if your boost is dropping it could be some shaft play as well

At WOT it goes past 4.5K?

Cause with mine, if I creeped it up there, it would go past it, but on WOT runs, it would not.

i can't even slowly get on the throttle with out it cutting out, but sometimes if i get off the gas then get back on it will go past 4500rpm and that is just in 4th and 5th gear.
1st 2nd and 3rd no problem. could it be the throttle postion sensor? or maybe the tune?
