Ok, what do I need to remove my turboxs boost controller?

I have no idea if my car was tuned with it as it came with the car when I bought it. It also had a CAI on it when I bought it as well.

So what parts will I need to get it back to stock and once I am back to stock will reseting the ECU be enough to be safe once again?

Also what difference will I notice when going back to stock controller?

    Thanks all

Just get together with somebody who has a stock boost control system (most people) and copy it. Are you getting rid of the CAI as well? I have a stock airbox in my garage.

I think i'm going to stick with the CAI. And if I do remove the boost controller i'll let everyone know at that time.

For now i'm curious as to what it would take to go back to stock and what I would need. So I can see if I can do it and or if it would be worth it.

I've had the boost controller for some time now and haven't had any problems at all. I suppose it helps that I baby my ride and don't drive like a bat out of hell very often. i've also kept it set at a stock setting and never touched the thing.

Thanks Wot boy i'll keep you posted incase I change my mind about taking the cai out.

    Thanks all

Thanks goes to 02wrxowner who met up with me today and showed me his stock setup along with pointing out that my setup was stock other than where my mbc y'd into the stock bcs line. Is this how mbc are usually set up?

what difference would there be if I just took the mbc off at the y and went with the stock bcs only? Would I notice a difference in my boost in some way?
