Who knows, I could have just caught a bad stretch. I had zero issues when I lived in St. Paul and went to the location on Hamline Ave.
Went through the 55 and 494 location today. There were 7 or 8 cars in line, and it took this long (for an arguably crappy wash)...
The waits can definitely be annoying....I bit the bullet today and waited in a 7 car line. About 5 minutes each, so at least 35 minutes. Normally to avoid the lines, I go when it is real cold out or late at night. But I'm pretty sure any car wash is going to have a long line on a warmer day like today.
@ Eagan, I go to two holidays - - cliff and 77 (touchless - longer wait which I am not fond of unless I go at odd hours - also open longer) - Diffley and 35 next to kowalski - (not touchless) Both are great! I go very frequently due to having an unlimited wash package.
I bought unlimited washes from Bobby & Steve's for a while. $30 a month for the premium wash. There was one close to my house, and never a line on my way home from at 3am.
I’ve assumed they have cameras and maybe review at a later time to match up account to the vehicle since you have to put vehicle details on your account if using the app.
