I'm looking for a resource that explains what the different serial numbers/brands mean between various subaru models.

I'm about to put a 02 WRX 5-speed in my 05 outback sport (4eat) and was thinking about trying to run a 05 manual outback sport ecu to cut down on additional wiring issues. I've been looking over on Nasioc and scoobynet.com for anwsers but haven't found any useful info. I think 05 they must have switched to Denzo Ecu's but that's about all i have been able to figure.

    some i found on ebay:

    Denzo http://www.ebay.com/itm/05-SUBARU-I...ash=item5d5cfce8dd:g:pNIAAOSwgNRV7zCI&vxp=mtr
