how to remove ej20k tranny from engine?

    how do i separate the tranny from the engine????
    got all screws and bolts off
    i try prying got it to open a little but it wont open any bigger and + it seen like the fork is engage.

    Take the little 10 millimeter Allen cap off the side of the tranny, thread a bolt into the shift fork pivot pin and yank it out... I usually use the coolant crossover pipe bolt to thread into the pin, it's longer and the same threads.
