    To take a bumper off:

Remove the clips that connect from bumper to wheel well.

    Open trunk.

Crawl under car and remove the 4-6 bolts (17mm i believe) that hold the bumper beam to the car. You may need to move your muffler and the gas fume box thingy.

Remove the entire bumper and beam from the car.

Easily remove all the bothersome clips that hold the cover to the beam.

Note: When reconnecting the beam to the car, be very careful to not strip the bolts/holes. I have heard many people do this. Also, make sure everything is aligned otherwise you bumper will look like it has many ass cracks.

Thanks. It would be really nice if someone who has access to repair manual could post up a pic with the location of all the clips and bolts.

Honestly if you need a picture for this, you should have someone help you do it. It took me 30 minutes to switch over to a lightweight bumper beam without any previous knowledge.

No bolts, just push clips. IMHO, if you don't have the faith in yourself to just start taking it apart, you shouldn't be touching it in the first place.
