I’m back! Just picked up an 02’ WRB WRX Wagon.

    Now I just need to choose an exhaust. The car has an exhaust leak somewhere closer to the motor. I haven’t had time to find it yet. It sounds great the way it is, but I’d like to repair the leak and replace everything from the leak back.

    I want something that brings out that subie rumble, but I don’t want something that will rattle my neighbors windows.

    Any suggestions?

    SPT, Invidia Q300.

    I want the rumbles from my BRZ’s exhaust as well. Been looking at electric cutouts so that i can go “stock to straight piped” at the push of a button:)

    Good to know. I have a short drive to work but I also take trips up to Duluth and Mille Lacs often, I dont want to deal with drone issues. I found the leak by the way, it’s coming from the rear catalytic converter.

    I will second the Q300. I have a catless Invidia down pipe and Q300. Nice rumble at low RPM's and really opens up nice at WOT.

    I ran a TurboXS Stealthback and a Prodrive muffler on my 02 wagon, quiet when I wanted it to be and sounded great under acceleration/deceleration.
