not true. I got a CFD in Dakota county for higher than that. I think the moral is: IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE JUDGE AND WHAT PROSECUTORS ARE THERE THAT DAY.
Wow, I got told when I went to the Hennepin Co. Courthouse to talk to a hearing officer the cutoff is 19 or below.
Granted, I was ignoring that for the sake of discussion. Trying to give advice when the OP still hasn't been able to articulate what he was cited for is a bit of an exercise in futility.
Not sure, they just told me 19 and under in Hennepin Co. I got tagged on 94 west in a group of cars going 75, I was just the one they picked. Probably because he was jealous of my N/A 02 2.5RS and the mad powah it was making...or I could've been breaking the law and got caught doing it.
Re-Quoting and Re-Bumping this post simply because it fails on so many counts. Here is your citation, you may pay the fine or appear in court: 1 count playing the race/discriminiation card 1 count fast&furious violation for "jealous of my car becuz its fast" 2 counts misspelling in post with a sub-violation and irony award for misspelling 'dummest.' And another subviolation (double jeapordy?) for misspelling 'dummest' while spelling 'discriminating' properly. Which also has a subviolation for knowing how to spell words that are related to Falsifying Oppression. Which is an internet felony and punishable by demeaning photoshop images. 1 count too many periods in a dramatic pause, three periods is the limit. 1 count improper use of dramatic pause.
