He ran a red light, he got cited. Im ok but i think his passenger may need medical attention. He was pretty mad that I hit him and said his light was green but I got two witnesses stating he ran the red light. Stupid guy who needs to learn his english better. He kept threatening me that my light was red. Everyone asked him if he was ok but he kept saying his light was green. I called 911 and asked if he needed an ambulence but he kept saying his light was green. What a douchebag so I called off the ambulence. Cops came and threaten to arrest him if he didnt shut up. What an idiot. He got put in a squad car and I waited patiently for the news. He and his passanger left with the tow driver along with a citation. I was able to drive it home (~1 mile). No more 2.5rs . It got towed to Morries for estimation in BP. I didnt know my RS can roll an SUV like that
WOW! glad to hear that you are OK. I had no idea that an RS could force anything over since they sit kind of low, but I guess SUVs aren't known for their low center of gravity. You will have to keep us informed on whats going to happen with the RS. If it will be resurrected or become parts.

I didnt have a passenger I hit his rear right panel/bumper. I tried to swerve as best as I can, guess he was going way to fast for me to even see him.
Geez, hope you are ok. I'm still seeing a chiropracter from my accident almost a year ago. It's nice to know these Subaru's hold up in an accident though.

Glad to hear you're ok man, that really sucks. Especially after Joel just posted up that video of people running red lights. Sounds like he knew he was at fault, but if he just kept saying it somehow it would change the fact that he screwed up big time. If that was Chet in the second to last picture, I'd say I've figured out what happened. His curse has somehow expanded to affect anyone within a certain distance.

Pretty much any Subaru is a safe car to be in. I think this year they swept all the catagories (SUV, Sedan, ect...) for crash test scores. The GDs are almost indestructible. It does look like the GCs hold up pretty well. I dont know about a GL though...
Good to see you made it out with no injuries. Sorry about the car though. I had something like this happen to me before, but had no witnesses, and the police cited nobody at fault. Luckily it was a junker of a car anwyays.
That guy should feel lucky his SUV did not fully roll. He'd be in a lot more hurt of it did. SUV's don't have to adhere to normal rollover safety rules, which is odd. Hopefully you can make the best of your situation.

Sorry to see the RS smashed up like that, just happy your ok and EVERYONE walked away. He might be a douche but imagine how you would of felt if something seriously happened to them. If it comes out totaled, I could use an RS But in all honesty it looks like a pretty solid hit to the passenger frame rail. With some chains and a telephone pole you can straighten it out!

Glad you are ok. I would highly recommend going to a physical therapist over a chiropractor though. Just ask a doctor in Orthopedics what they would recommend.
