I'm more concerned with balancing the budget, getting rid of entitlements, programs that suck, and getting rid of the friggin' debt. If I have to pay more taxes to do it, so be it. We can not move forward with the debt we have. We can't sustain two wars. If we don't fix it, we're done. Period.
I said both parties were at fault, didn't I? The housing and tech bubbles were going to burst at some point. Simple physics when you get down to it, what goes up will come down.

partially true... in all reality, the plan laid out by previous administrations was a long term evaluation and growth; which it was doing. the current (for a few months?) administration however, chose to expedite things and wanted a short term high... we got it, and due to some of our choices with it, experienced exactly what we should've with the extreme lows and issues.

QFT. It's not a waste of time, no matter what. The fact we get to do it separates us from the rest of the planet. Interesting side note: Obama carried MN, but so far Bachman, Coleman and Paulsen seem to be leading. How does that happen?
what does he have to prove to us that "hope" is really on the way and what is he going to do to get there. does he have a plan?!?! I don't know. I grew up in ND where we religiously had DFL reps/senator/gov but ALWAYS voted GOP for prez. I'll always complain about the republicrats. Neither one of those two POS parties got my vote this year.

It isn't over yet...sounds like they're within .6% of each other, so we'll likely be headed for a recount. I can't stand that ****ing muppet.
But I don't think they will be taking out new advertisements for the recount...that is all that matters.
