aaah.... sorry... humor on here is in short supply... it is sitting on the short bus next to a person who shall remain namechetballsless
Are you going to be down in the cities before the Ice Race Chux? It sounds like the group of people heading up with me will be leaving ~12:00 on Friday. Some people need to work 1/2 days so my guess is that we should be up in Orr by 6ish, depending on traffic/weather/food/act of god/ect.... If anyone wants to caravan up with us let me know and we can figure out something.
if anyone is bringing snowmobiles, the trails are in perfect shape. I did a long ride today and they were real nice. As soon as Dream and a couple of his friends come up friday morning im going to take them on a long ride.Si if you want to go bring your snowmobile.
Hey Rich, i just sent you Brian and my deposit...sorry it took so long. we will pay you the rest up there in cash!! thanks
As usual, the 2nd event is going be a great track! No one should have to worry about any damage as there are no snowbanks anymore. You can practically drive anywhere on the lake. The course is going to go through that big bay like the 2nd race last year so it will be a long one. Rich is thinking we will roast sausage on Fri. night and do the fish fry Sat. night. For the snowmobilers---the trails are in excellent condition. We went yesterday for a 60 mile ride and it was great. If anyone wants to come but is short of money, we can always work something out! If anyone wants to come Thursday night, we have a cheap low rate of $30 for that night. We'll do some timed runs for bragging rights Saturday early afternoon as usual. It should be a great time. If anyone wants more info. just let me or Richwrx know. There are still some open bed spaces available. We look forward to seeing everyone this week & meeting some new people
i dunno, we're going to be staying with jake and steve on wed night, so prob leave duluth around 3ish on thursday...maybe...depending on how lazy we are
are you going to need cones to establish the course? if you need some let me know and I have a couple that I can bring up, although they may have to compete for trunk space with clothes/food/ect...
you make baby jesus cry:emo: but you will be going to Mexico soon and then who's the joke on....lol me love you long time Bill!!
just got back from plowing,we have gotten around 6inches of new snow in the last few days. So the snow banks are nice and fluffy
got yo money, yes there is alot of nice fluffy snow, I plowed all day and just got back from the garage and you can barely tell I plowed
^ wow its not going to be like the other March races, with very little snow, then. So whats the low down on the course? long sweeping corners? tight progressive turns? chicanes?
I was just doing some Ice race practicing on the way to work, and I can't wait to get up there! Hopefully it's similar to the 2nd track last year, that track was bomb!
the course is in the same place as the 2nd one last yr, allmost identical to it. there are 2 long sweeping corners, with no real sharp corners. the course is exactly 1 mile long
