Recommended minimum ice thickness

4" of new clear ice is the minimum thickness for travel on foot
5" is minimum for snowmobiles and ATVs
8"- 12" for cars or small trucks

 

well i am planning on heading up wih chux and the duluf crew.

do you have an ice house out there? I mihg be interested in doing sme ice fishing.

well the ice is drawn to a pretty good scale, its just everything else isnt on a similar scale at all! lmao

Please, please let there be more ice. I'm a chicken when it comes to driving on frozen lakes.

it should be fine for ice, maybe next year we should have it in the middle of January so we wont have to worry as much

hey rich i heard you can buy turbo kits for those that will put you around 350hp, i'm sure you seen them before. wouldn't that be the crazy nizzzutz:biggrin:

 

i have seen them, they are more money than I wana spend this year. around 4500 for a turbo kit and 6000 for a supercharger, not counting labor :roll:
Im tradeing my old plow truck to a shop thats going to fix up my snowmobile in return.

 

What kind of plow truck do you have?

Does anyone have any road cones? it doesnt look like there will be much snow on the lake this year so were going to need more cones. I had 25 but alot of those got busted from the last race so if you have any please bring them. there is 3-4 inches of snow on the lake now, so im not sure if I will even have to plow. The snow is hard packed so you wont get stuck

Yea but a few people buy one or two in no time at all we would have a bunch of them.

someone backed out so there is room for 2 more, the cabins have satellite . What channel is the fight on? yes there is a bar down the road.


just checked its on payper view. the cabins dont have phone lines so you cant buy movies
