My 6 cylinder makes 1250 lb/ft of torque.
I've driven a few, and extinguished a couple. Didn't really do much to thrill me at all. The only one I'd ever even consider owning was a Sonnett, and that's more for the vintage factor than anything else. I have zero use for a car with the ignition in the center console, or burdened with front wheel drive.

Burden? Toss in an auto tranny, and you've got what defines a cool car in Duluth.

They're both flammable, but at least the Audi is driving all four wheels on it's way to Valhalla. It wasn't that I liked them, it's just what I ended up in at the time ;)

I have to admit, the '87 5000 that I gave to my parents is still running strong and it's a tank in the winter, and the heated seats and auto climate control still work, as well as the diff locks. I'd trade body parts for the RS6 Avant though.

Oh I have to say I liked the first one better. Both show Ken's ability to drive, that's no doubt.

However, this video was a bit too much of that Nitro Circus meets FnF:rolleyes:

oh well...the car sounded sexy at least:yumyum:

    Yes, too much show.

I wasn't at all impressed with the sound of the car. I really really didn't like that exhaust note at all.

And wtf was up with the skinny rubber?? 245s?!! Weak.

    Says the old man

I love how all of you are getting down on Ken for this video when it is more than likely DC that wanted it edited that way.

    Block is a Co-Ceo... so i've heard

The man can drive... Why not make it Entertainning also? Add some sweet effects and you got a Great Infomerical.

Also DC is not looking to sell driving. They wanted to sell shirts, hats, and shoes. So they did... And it looked sweet doing it.

Let the old man shed some light on the subject...

Having developed its own version of the culture club, DC Shoes was among the first to capitalize on the skateboard, snowboard, and adventure sports niche market. The company designs technical footwear for skateboarding and snowboarding, as well as casual apparel, accessories, and other sports gear. In addition to its standalone retail shops in New York and Los Angeles, DC Shoes markets its products online and through such retailers as Macy's and Pacific Sunwear. Founders Damon Way and Ken Block sold the firm to Quiksilver in 2004 to the tune of $87 million. Quiksilver, which has been working to alleviate its debt, is said to be considering the sale of its assets, which could include its fastest-growing unit.

    President Nick Adcock
CFO and Treasurer Steven L. (Steve) Brink
    Co-Founder and EVP Damon Way
    VP Marketing Matt Hayward
Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer Ken Block

Other than post #33 (which isn't even coming down on Mr. Block, just stating that he's not a great rally driver yet), who is "all of you?"

Who said anyone was getting down on Ken? The general consensus is that this video is fun as hell to watch. There are a few of us who liked the raw feel of the first one over this one. We're not saying this one sucked, just that we liked the other one more.
