My car is using modded stock injectors which flow 816cc. I'm comparing my 91 octane and e85 maps, which were built by a tuner. Injector scaling for 91 is 3313, and for e85 it's 4068. I'm aware of the formula used to calculate scaling for gasoline. How should one compute scaling for e85? I've not poked @ MAF scaling yet on either map.
I assume you're using the ATR to tune your vehicle? Those #'s are about right. E85 injector scalings are usually an average of 30% less than the Pump scaling. 3133 * 0.30 = 4072.9 Pretty close to 4068
What nuke said is correct, although I'm hoping you mixed up the numbers in your OP. Unless the software you're using handles these scalings completely differently then RomRaider, the E85 scaling should be lower then the pump gas scaling. The lower scaling for the same sized injectors enables the car to get the extra ~30% fuel needed for E85.

27% is a good base to start with E85 changes, so it can be 25%, 30%, or whatever. Yes Nate, Cobb's ATR uses different injector scaling than RR.
Whatever gets the car to mid to high 11's gas equivalent AFR's. All injectors and cars are different, the only thing that really matters is what is coming out of the engine and what makes the most power. But sure, 30% is a good baseline.
