grill.. me too.. wasnt quite the original one he was building.. he got too busy and so we rushed one 75% together last night... he said he will build a bigger better one for gas when he has time... but it should work for saturday... I figure most people dont expect free stuff.. but hey I gots to cover my ass.. ha ha ha Yeah saturday sucks for me as I wont get to see my boy at all... that is the joy of my days.. going home and when he sees me he shakes and squeels and runs in circles... its like that goat video someone posted without him falling over.. ha ha ha... wish my wife did that.. she just squeels and runs away... ha ha ha ps.. I am really happy that butts is selling it to us for fairly cheep.... I know the time and effort that he put into that car, well and all the cars he builds. I will try to bring it to Firestone as soon as I can. I just want to make sure it is street legal before I take it up, but it for sure will be at the next auto-X that I and Soren are at. Sorry again that I will miss the install day to help.

Well I cleared it with the wife. She'll put the kids to bed SAT so I can come out and play. Won't be there till after 6pm I'm sure. Don't expect much wrenching out of me becuase I'm helping my parents move all day SAT then coming over. They seem to think it will be some quick job; I think we'll be there all freak'n day busting a$$. Anyway I'll have my tools on-hand for ppl to use.

I'll have my digital still camera, and I'll bring my parents VHS-C camera and try to figure out this new video capture card and turn it into digital....who knows... (and I'll buy a tape this time too...)
I have about 5 50ft ext cords in the shop... no spare power strip though... also I cant remember who was gonna bring a screen but please remember it.. the walls will work but I am thinking screen would be a better option.. REMEMBER some folding chairs for yourselves.. Just welded the legs onto the GRILL today at work... looks ok.. not the prettiest but it should work pretty sweet I think... was gonna take some pics to post up but too hot and tired and left camera at home... ha ha I am gonna wash and maybe actually wax my car tonight... he he so maybe it will look as pretty as some of you guys's cars... NOTE: the shop will probably be pretty warm all night so be prepared to sweat... ha ha ha

This is ver last minute and I hate to do this but I am have to cancel my install. A old friend has just shown up and he is only in town for a night so I am gonna hang out with him once he is done with all of his work. Looks like you guys got plenty of installs already so no biggie. Wish I could get my butt over there sometime tonight but I dont think its gonna happen.

nope... $4000 for a lathe at $10 a rotor.. would take a while to make that up... ha ha ha but I am gonna make a deal with the boss about maybe running to the dealership to use theirs...
yeah, the lathe thing makes sense. I have a buddy who runs/ or owns the midas here in ep, I will swing by there tomorrow and see if I can get sort of a hook up. Maybe I can get a club thing going for members!!

definitely int eh plan.. but better... Tig welds, stainless stuff too.. may even get the piping pre-bent then make it a selection of mufflers available... also looking into a powder-coating setup (not for the exhaust), and looking into heat/ceramic coating them etc.. researching, planning... not pursuing an auto repair business after hours anymore.. (will still do installs etc) just not starting an auto repair shop... going after some other areas... setting up more of a metal working / manufacturing setup... and not quite sure what y ou mean by your comment Chet but thats pretty typical with 98% of yours
