    THIS. The mods were talking about a "gas gauge" feature at one time? I say we implement such a thing.

    Oh, so you were in the car with Erik while he owned it and calculating his mileage for him? Not to mention you seem to be an expert on mileage, yet you were completely baffled a few short days ago why your WRX didn't seem to get as good of mileage as you thought it should. And it's already been pointed out, his car that "weights a lot" is lighter than your WRX. And what does the manufacturer of an engine have to do with mileage?

    Because the EPA wasn't all that hot about the idea of a pollution control device that required the owner to help maintain it. The fact that you have to add the "Bluetec" fluid to the car at regular intervals didn't sit well with the regulatory people. But I'm sure you knew that. :laugh:

    It's my personal experience. I don't have to prove anything to you. However, when you're in a 2wd car that's turning a mere 1600 rpms at 80mph with a good aerodynamic coefficent then it really shouldn't be that surprising. But hey, what would I know? I was just driving the car and filling it with gas.
