Turbo subaru's have terrible reliability. All of them. That's just how it is. The wants you have mentioned do not align with a WRX or an STi. Power means ****-all. You'll learn all about that when you start doing autox and have your ass handed to you by stock miata's. Furthermore... This. You can buy a car later when you're sure you want/need one. The window of opportunity for responsibility-free travel and shenanigans tends to slam shut rather abruptly and without warning. In the mean time, you're looking at some high maintenance machines of questionable value you're not sure you want; to address needs you don't have. Go find yourself a Spanish chick or something.
