Bahahhahhaa    It's so cold that my damn manual garage was frozen shut... :eek3:
Its so cold that I hit peak boost just starting the car:yumyum::biggrin: I have no complaints about cold weather. Fact- The lowest temperature ever recorded on earth was -129F recorded in 1983....and you ask where? Russian Base Vostok in Antarctica The lowest temperature ever recorded in the United States was -80 °F (-62 °C) on January 23, 1971 at Prospect Creek Camp, located near the Arctic Circle along the Alaska pipeline. This is not much warmer than the -81.4 °F record low for North America that Snag in the Yukon dropped to on February 3, 1947. On that record cold February day, Tanacross Alaska reached -75 °F. The continental US hit its coldest recorded temperature of -70 °F on January 20, 1954 at Rogers Pass, Montana. The pass sits at 5,470 feet elevation in the Rocky Mountains, northwest of Helena.
I expect they do, I'm sure mine would have a difficult time, but it would start. But as a precaution, rich you should open up one of your heated stalls to push a car into if it wont start
I have a heated garage but its paked with 5 cars snowmobiles and the rhino so my work car stays outside, I dont have a block heater or anything but it starts right up. I work midnights this week so it sits outside at work also. The only thing that sucks is when you try to take a turn the power steering doesnt work and the brakes are real slow. other than that the cold doesnt bother me.
and yes if someones car wont start I will put it in my garage for them, I will make sure everyones car is running before they leave.
sorry for the newb question but is this what I think it is? ah what??? no ice races next year??? yet all weekend you will be in a gray hoodie and a baseball cap and no gloves driving anything from a car to mini bikes through fires.... you rock!! you are a sweetheart
parents keep saying no, but I keep nagging them. so as of right now I dont know, we might just shut down early and when the ice race comes we might open up for that week only. it cost over $1000 a month to heat the cabins and with the ****ty economy no one is renting them.
it makes sense, but it still saddens me. :emo::emo::emo::emo: hopefully things turn around and your parents can start renting them all year again!!!
can you plow the track by town then? lol not that would be such a good idea with what all goes on this weekend.
It so cold that... Even this deer couldn't finish it's last meal before freezing to death last night!!! :eek3::eek3:
