Lake Calhoun Fun In The Sun Tuesdays!

I get really bored shooting meets actually. I prefer working with 1 car or shooting motorsports events.

 

so lets make a list of things to bring for cooking. what do we want? dogs? those are super easy to get made and prep.

 

first don't we need a grill?

 

they have those at the lake already. we just need coals lighter fluid and a wrx running rich enough to light the grill lol. i think we also need food like dogs, buns, the fix'ns, and bring your own drinks. sound good?

 

werd, might just be easiest to make it bring your own meat too lol. meat at the meet. I can bring charcoal but I don't have lighter fluid since we light ours the slow way

 

if anyone has fighter fluid!?..........cherp cherp cherp

well i guess technically it is monday lol. sounds like we still aren't organized enough for grilling - we'll see how turnout is this week.

 

I can bring some my own marinated chicken wings....oriental style yO

marinated chicken wings tbone style....and perhaps a small grill....since someone calling for hotdogs or anything, that way we have different varieties to grill at the same time....but this all depending how many peeps is willing to come out and contribute this grill event....im 100% yO

HEY we want to make sure who's all down and bringing what....don't want to end up eating all my MEAT....i'm very fragile ya know!!!!!

 

like I said, I might. beth got home late last night and she was gone all weekend. If she would want to come then I will be there if not... maybe next week.

I just talked with tbone on the phone, I don't think we'll grill this week - weather is kinda poor and it doesn't sound like we'll have a strong turnout. I'll still be there... maybe chipotle?

 

better bring enough for everyone! and rice too!

since we just started this meet last week we don't have a very good feel for attendance. once we know how many people are likely to come we will probably start busting out the webers and meatzz

 

^ good idea...i say shoot for next week...but i will bring the giant Frisbee instead if i come...and by giant i mean GIANT, it is a lot of fun.

 

I am normally down for something like this, but the weather absolutely sucks today. it feels like late march out there. I say bump it to next week when the weather improves, get people interested when it's nice and warm outside etc. just my opinion...
