i just spent 1.5 hours driving around the whole lake and saw no one! All that was in that lot was a bunch of bikes and an evo. Sorry guys but I will not be there today as I couldn't find it or no one was there when I was.
Doh! There were 3 of us there at that time but none of us in our subarus. We were in the porsche, the saab, and the truck. Hopefully next time we will be easier to spot!
I was chilling on the back of the truck.. you looked at me weird when I waved. My WRX is in the garage right now with minor difficulties with spark plugs.

It was nice meeting a few of you! I bugged out after the lake after sharking for a parking spot for 15 minutes due to not having any actual cash to park. My looming 7am meeting didn't help either. Next time!
Nice meeting you too, Pete! Very nice leggy sir! Yeah, parking on the street in Uptown can be rough. There's a few secret areas we park at that are usually open. I'll have to show you next time. A good time for sure last night, I just wish I had brought some X and glow-sticks, thanks to the Honda. Cowboy Slims was really good too, and seeing a guy get pulled over by 5 cops in front of Cheapo because he was going the wrong way was interesting. Almost got blocked-in by one of the cops, until he was nice enough to pull forward a bit.
I wish I would have worn my good sun dress so i could have gotten a ride in the Honda Those LAMBO doors were SICK :ugh: too bad i missed it.
i was walking back to the truck and thought I was going to get a ticket for j walking... Then some people told me some one was going the wrong way... The cops all went down that one way backwards as well with almost hitting a dude going the right way.
We were talking about that and I think Dan or someone else was saying they were double hindge.... so you can have lambo or non-lambo depending on how you want to open it
They need to be double hinged because it needs to open out first for the latch to work and so it doesn't hit anything because it was deisgned to open out, then once it's out a little bit, it can pivot up or continue outward. At least that's how it looked like it worked. I would bet that the driver has used his enough and he is sick of ducking under the door so he just opens it out.
I am surprised the street was even open enough for him to make a turn in front of cheapo. I have sat in that lot for a long time waiting for a chance to get onto the road.
no i over heard him talking to the guy in the evo saying that he had to take the lambo door off cause it got hit and was ruined
