we wanted him to come into the lot - even had one of the bikers go chase him down and tell him to stop by lol. he said he would... but never did (can't blame him, we are a bunch of ricers)
I ended up seeing that same park police guy in the mini van down by 394 and the frontage road by cedar lake after I left calhoun. crazy because he left a little bit before us, and I saw him coming back towards me, and he was quite far away from calhoun at that point. drivin' it like he stole it!
yes. yes there were. meter maids are phags that like to give $32 tickets. it was a good night indeed and that sooprah was nomnomnom. so far this year all the calhoun meets have been pretty decent, glad we found our new tuesday meet spot!

that supra was sick as hell! i really really wish i could have snaped a pic of it but my camera was in the bag UUUGHH! if he had come back that would have been the bees knees! i was happy to see out little tuesday meet is starting to get more popular. good thing we didnt have to pay for parking today. lol. hopefuly that thing stays broken for a while haha. ill have the pics posted in the gal before i go to bed tonight.

I saw at least 3 foot flames coming out of the exhaust of that Supra as he blasted over the bridge on the north side of the lake, it was quite nice!
I honked, but was getting the shakes from lack of food and needed to get going or I would have stopped.
yeah yeah. im sure. WE NEEDZ MORE PEOPLEZ! the last event was the CATZ Pajamas! its getting bigger and more badass each time. its cool because its a totally different thing than firestone. its during the day, lots of cute girls walking around, the lake is right next to the lot, and there are lots of other cool cars in the area not to mention the rocket bikes that are out in large numbers. and the photos are way better than firestone because its light out! COME!!!!!
we have some problem to getting a parking spot...where we meet is very limited and we don't want to end up parking on the side....since the patrol and police driving every 10 minutes around us....it is a public lot and this time of the year it's getting really cracking at calhoun area....so we might have to relocated in the bigger lot....
the only other lot i can think of is on the south east side of the lake and its a loong skinny lot, and thats not always packed. but theres a catch..there is nothing to look at and there is hardly any people watching. except houses and the occasional mom in the tahoe..i vote we keep it where weve had it because right at 7:30 8 the lot kind of clears out anyways and we stay until 9 9:30 so its no big deal
There is that lot not far away from the one we park at right now. Its the one with a ton of potholes. That one never fills up and who really cares about potholes anyway.
i say we try once more at the other lot. maybe it filled up so much because the parking meter thing was broken. there are more chicks at that spot anyways... haha
we should just stay in the lot we have been using because as said, after a little bit, it clears out a lot and you have to keep in mind that more people have been showing up so space will start to fill anyways. we did just fine last time. the only hard part was parking before 730. it cleared out quickly. the police dont care in fact 2 meets ago i talked to one of them and he said he liked our cars. they dont care. as long as you pay up the .50 they dont care. we are using it as much as anyone els would. and if we start to bitch about fifty cents..... really?.....lets not go there because im sure you could bum a quarter from two people during the day and your set. i love the spot we have already because its right in the middle of the popular area where all the cute girls hangout lol. and if we really get things hot, we can play some ultimate in the field next to the lot
one time when i was buying a ticket, the cop was sitting there and was like, "are you guys some kind of club?" i told him we were just a few members meeting up and he was like "those are pretty cool cars, are they fast?" he didnt seem like he was being an ass or anything. if we dont litter or start trouble with other people in the area we shouldnt have any problem keeping that spot. i was actually there today at the beach and they still havent fixed the parking paybox! lol
haha.. uh oh. "are they fast"---that might be him doing some recon work. or maybe he just has no idea about Subaru's. Yeah no littering and acting like jerk offs, and we should be just fine. still no pay box fix? odd...you would think they would be on that.
Answers to Both Questions: Q. Are you in some sort of club? A. We are part of the MNSubaru Owners Club Q. Are they fast? A. No not really, although they do handle Minnesota winters really well. There is no reason to rub a cops face in it by telling him how fast you are or that you have lots of cool mods. Lay low play it cool you will get much more respect this way.
he was not just any cop. he was park patrol meeter maid..... and i told him we were all street racers getting ready to do a calhoun superlap battle....
im just being a sarcastic because obviously i didnt start braging about our cars and how fast they are.....seriously c'mon.

yeah i hear ya. i just know if we stay pretty chill at that spot it wont be any issue because the cops are keeping an eye on those rocket bikes. plus they they probably dig our cars.... at least the ones with those flashy wings on the back haha
I think they like the wagons better, we do it family style and represent less trouble overall. Second thought they probably think were all gay for driving Subaru's. :roll:
the meets keep getting better and better so try and get out there. ill be there for sure! i get off work before noon so ill have lots of time. if things get even more popular, maybe we should do a little subaru cruise from the lake to someplace to eat.
