    Looks like Derek has got this one in hand. We'll likely be coordinating payment and getting a date set shortly.

    As a side note, this event ROCKS. Last years debacle was caused by some vacancies in the event coordinator position, this year, with someone taking this one by the balls and doing all the planning early, it should be a blast!

    OK I am closing this thread. I am going to open a new one to see if anyone lives in LAX to help MNSOC save some money on the deposit. This will make it cheaper for everyone to go to the event. If i don't get a response I will go ahead and just book the site.
